The Israeli Partners met on Dec. 30, 2021,at Hemdat Academic College for an important meeting dealing with various issues focusing on the mentor training, the perception of mentoring and plans for the future. After brief greetings, the Seminar Hakibbutzim team presented the results of an extensive research questionnaire dealing with the perceptions of the role of mentors which concluded with round table discussions dealing with various aspects of the mentoring role and suggestions for a plan of action.
The morning continued with a discussion on how to take what has been learned in Promentors and develop concrete suggestions for the field. The next session discussed preparations for the European partners visit in March. Following this discussion, there was a presentation of the academic courses, including the current situation and reflection, including insights from the consortium.
The day continued with greetings and a discussion about resilience by Professor Haim Sheked- President of Hemdat Academic College followed by a workshop led by the Promentors Team, Hemdat Academic College. The final session included a summary and assessment process instructions.
